Project Analyst Job at Independent LLC
Overview:
Looking for a highly motivated, self-driven project coordinator/analyst to drive various projects for a private individual. This full-time, work from home role will be structured as a temporary contract position initially but would lead to a long-term permanent role (with additional advancement opportunities) if successful.
Roles:
While the duties of the role will vary, the current primary roles will be the following:
Assist with the Development and Operations of a Non-Profit Christian School
We are starting a new K-12 Christian school. The goal is to build a scalable, highly efficient educational model that partners with local churches to host the schools. The result will be a high-quality, affordable Christian education for families and children. Examples of potential activities/projects include the following:
- Aid with development/enhancement of school website
- Research student information systems and integrate with website to collect applications and accept payments
- Establish marketing campaigns on social media platforms to increase awareness and enrollment in the school.
- Build student lunch program
- Establish and document school policies and guidelines – including safety protocols for drop-off, pick-up and during school
- Provide updates to the Board of Trustees
- Work with school director and teachers to develop and coordinate field trips
- Create and execute fund raising programs; build awareness and partnerships with local businesses
- Develop programs to increase interaction with parents; look for opportunities to engage parents with Christian content and activities with their children
- Create and monitor metrics to demonstrate success of program to parents, general public and Board of Trustees
- Review applications, conduct interviews with parents and prospective students, collect and store documentation, enroll students
- Create process to manage and maintain records of all contacts (parents, students, donors, etc.) to communicate updates and information as appropriate
- Ensure students and parents are setup appropriately in educational software programs
- Interact with host churches to communicate updates and facilitate requests; ensure relationships are positive and hosting church sees the benefits of the program
- Assist with expansion into other campuses upon successful implementation of pilot program

Drive process and system improvement projects, as well as assist with operations, of real estate company
We own a small local property management company that is continuing to grow and expand in Oklahoma. The company owns more than 20 properties in addition to managing others. We specialize in Corporate Housing and are the largest provider of fully furnished single family homes in Oklahoma. Examples of potential activities/projects might include the following:
- Evaluate and improve business processes to create procedures and standards in the operations
- Lead marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase awareness and create and strengthen relationships with clients
- Conduct presentations to various businesses regarding benefits of product
- Help monitor operations to ensure processes are being followed
- Review financials to identify discrepancies and ensure thoroughness
- Assist with handling issues as they arise when staff have questions or clients need something resolved
The ideal candidate:
- Will have the mentality of a consultant who can thrive in an unstructured environment with very loose direction.
- Must be very proactive and not be afraid to take risks and make decisions while communicating those decisions effectively.
- Should be open to feedback and learning from their mistakes. Perfection is not expected but humility and learning are necessary for success.
- Must be self-driven in an independent environment. While some local travel (within the city) will be necessary, most of the work will be done at home.
- Must be flexible and entrepreneurial. You must be able to see the next steps on your own. This job will be what you make of it based on your ability to run with an idea.
Requirements:
- Strong Christian faith with a passion for and a history of serving others
- Uncanny ability to develop processes and solve problems
- Big picture thinker who understands concepts and can proactively work toward the desired goal
- Experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the roles of this position
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher with exceptional grades
Preferred:
- Experience leading projects with success and autonomy
- Experience marketing and advertising; ability to make presentations to various audiences
- Strong technical skills and demonstrated experience working with various software programs
- Experience monitoring productivity and success metrics and then summarizing and reporting those metrics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
