ASD|SKY, a progressive interior design, architectural and graphics firm, has an immediate opening for a Project Architect with 5-7 years of experience.

Experience required specializing in Commercial/Corporate. Opportunity for high exposure design projects with growth opportunities

Ideal Candidates:

· Endeavor to maintain the design and technical excellence of the Firm.

· Participate in a fast-paced environment with the Design/Project team to establish planning and design concepts pertaining to a project and ensure adherence to these concepts throughout the architectural process from concept to construction.

· Evolve and refine the design for a project; communicating the design direction to the project team

· coordination of the design and documentation process with external consultants

· Organize, direct, and lead a project Construction Documentation team

· Organize and perform multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently

Education, Experience and Skills Qualifications:

· Bachelor of Architecture (or Advanced Degree in Architecture) from an accredited institution

· Registered Architect licensed in the U.S. or in process (preferred)

· Knowledge of construction methods and systems appropriate to the firm's work

· Excellent technical and detailing skills, and advanced knowledge of building codes

· Revit advanced-user, SketchUp advanced user, AutoCAD proficient, plus Adobe Creative Suites, and other rendering software

· Skilled with Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

· Superior written and verbal presentation skills

· Possess strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills

· Proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising the design / technical intent or relationship with fellow team members
