The Project Coordinator is SIW’s liaison to our customers as they take their journey through their window and door replacement. The primary area of focus for this role is to be the primary contact for our customer’s projects. Duties include (but are not limited to) gathering, preparing, and reviewing the customer’s project pertinent documentation leading to installation, coordinating job walkthroughs, service(s), and final inspections. The Project Coordinator communicates directly with customers and coordinates with SIW staff to ensure that all aspects of the project are assigned and covered. Additional responsibilities include ordering parts, collaborating with the Project Manager to solve customer issues, collecting payments, and helping other teams and coworkers as needed.

• Guide the customer through their installation journey, ensuring the customer is always informed of the status of their projects and the next steps to be completed.
• Deliver a World-Class experience for our customers through excellent communication and collaboration with Project Managers and other SIW staff.
• Schedule inspections with local municipalities.
• Complete inbound and outbound calls with energy and enthusiasm. Communicate with customers via phone, email, text and webchat.
• Be the professional face of SIW to showroom visitors and assist them with showing and explaining our products and services.
• Complete all aspects of job processing, including scanning and/or attaching customer-related paperwork, leaving detailed notes of customer interactions, communicating with project managers and assisting them with daily tasks, and collecting payments from customers.
• Execute tasks with urgency and accuracy to ensure timely project completion for our customers.
• Understand the SIW and Marvin brand identity and products to be an effective ambassador of both
• Accurately input data into our CRM system.
• Be an assistant to our staff in the field with all scheduling and customer needs.

You're a good fit if you have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High attention to detail, highly organized, ability to prioritize, leadership ability, strong communication.
• Solid understanding of and experience with Microsoft Office programs and QuickBooks.
• A positive attitude, a customer-centric mindset, and a drive to perform.
• Have a strong level of energy and enthusiasm on a day to day basis.
