GMA Construction Group is seeking a construction project manager's, assistant project manager's and project engineer's within our growing firm. The ideal candidate should meet the following the criteria: The Project Manager will be responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of construction projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration functions.

The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned project. Project Manager will provide a single point of contact for project construction administration. Take projects from original concept through final implementation. Define project scope and objectives. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

ADDITIONAL SKILL AND REQUIREMENTS
1. 4-year degree in an accredited construction related curriculum, (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) or experience equivalent to a 4-year degree.

2. Two to Five years of construction experience as Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer.

3. Demonstrated proficiency in these areas: estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, safety/insurance, ability to communicate, both written and oral.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project (2010 or later). 5. Ability to interface with a variety of technical and business personnel with courtesy, tact and diplomacy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
