Currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a natural ability to lead. Must also demonstrate innovative mindset to quickly make adjustments to project deadlines or assignments and have outstanding communication skills with upper management and also with their project team.
Responsibilities:

- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project performance and report on progress.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Manage project scope and change requests.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- On site presence is required daily.
Skills:
- Team player with strong work ethic.
- Construction project management experience required.
- Must have strong leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- The ability to delegate effectively.
- Strong multi-tasking skills. Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Electrical and Mechanical experienced preferred .
- Ability to travel at most 90 miles from “home office” to meet with potential customers.
- Sales experience is preferred.
