YPrime’s eCOA Project Delivery team is looking for a Project Manager to facilitate the successful execution of custom eCOA software development projects. In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional team from study kick-off and requirements gathering through maintenance, and you’ll serve as our clients' main point of contact. You’ll be based remotely or in our Malvern, PA, or Raleigh, NC office.
At YPrime, we help our pharma and biotech clients collect data from patients using mobile devices, assign patients to study treatment groups, and dispense clinical trial drugs and supplies using web apps. We’re supporting life-altering research, one project at a time.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in eCOA
- Minimum of 2 years project management experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience with software systems in support of clinical trials
- The ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
- Foundational knowledge of the principles of a software development life cycle
- A passion for customer service and prior experience working in a customer-facing role
- An innate proactivity – to learn, to gather information, to anticipate problems
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- A strong sense of personal accountability

- You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You’ll ensure adherence to all YPrime Standard Operating Procedures throughout the course of a project
- You’ll gather requirements and author system specifications
- You’ll lead internal and external meetings
- You’ll manage the schedule, scope, and budget for all projects, ensuring on-time delivery to clients
- You’ll ensure client satisfaction throughout the project build and maintenance phase, collaborating with customer care, business development, and the management team, as needed
- You’ll identify and assist with process improvements
- You’ll provide experience-based feedback to our product development team, to help guide continuous improvement of our systems
- You’ll assist in providing support to global system end users
- You’ll travel to client sites for meetings and user training sessions
- You’ll mentor more junior YPrime employees
