Job Duties:

Project manager (PM) is responsible for leading detailed project scoping's per the formal NNL Project Scoping Plans (PSP) process for a variety of Facility and Infrastructure projects. Each project scoping typically has a duration of several months and requires the orchestration of all potential stakeholder groups to fully define project functional requirements, scope, cost and schedule. This information is used for the subsequent requesting of technical and funding approval from the government; the PM will be involved with this aspect also. In addition, the PM will also be responsible for managing select smaller projects and/or portfolio management activities, including long range site planning support.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• BS degree in related discipline from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or MS
  degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Strong teaming and communication skills, including writing skills

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Construction background and/or Process improvement experience
