Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician for a gaming company. Our Las Vegas, NV, client designs, manufactures, and markets gaming machines and software. This is an onsite position, offering an 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. schedule.

FacilitiesEngineer

• Minimum 5-years working infacilitiesand Maintenance department
• Must be able to travel to Summerlin location as needed
• Experience in workordersystem
• Working knowledgeHVAC evaporative coolers systems
• Knowledge of building trades; electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and general building practices
• Knowledge offacilityregulations and safety standards (OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA)
• Ability to use standard software applications (word, excel, outlook) if needed
• Partsordering, inventory control, supplies and equipment
