Job Description
Evolve Realty & Development owns and operates luxury apartments in Sun Valley, North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Valley Village, and Palms District. The interview will be conducted at our corporate office in Baldwin Park, CA.
We are looking for an exceptional / experienced property manager to join our fast growing team. The primary focus will be on day-to-day operations as a property manager for a new property in the Palms District. You’ll be required to live onsite.
Responsibilities Include:
· Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants for a 62 unit property
· Rent collection
· Provide notices to tenants as needed
· Schedule and inspect maintenance requests as needed
· Oversee and maintain vendor relationships and coordinate vendor services with tenants
· Familiarity with facilities operations
· Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
· Assist leasing agents with closing deals
· Administer lease agreements
· Handle miscellaneous assignments as requested by management
Requirements:
· Proven working experience as a property manager
· Knowledge of office and accounting procedures
· Exceptional computer skills – MS Office, AppFolio Management Software
· Excellent customer service
· Strong ability to work independently
· Ability to research and problem solve
· Demonstrated knowledge of phone and email procedures and etiquette
· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
· Strong attention to detail
· High School diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $31,200.00 per year
