Job Description:

· Provides management and coordination of Federal, State and Local proposals including:

Overall end to end responsibility for proposal content creation, compliance, coordination and submission. Understand the client needs and RFP requirements and formulate win themes, teaming, strategies, pricing, subcontractors to submit a winning proposal. Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.

Responsibilities Include:

· Ability to manage multiple proposals (Federal and state) simultaneously

· Manage virtual teams working in numerous time zones

· Maintain version control

· Manage Teams channels for various proposal efforts

· Working with a sales team to determine solutions to customers’ challenges and supporting the sales team to present proposals to clients.

· Works with solution team to develop the proposal approach and solution.

· Compliance matrix development

· Past performance coordination

· Colour Team Reviews and recovery efforts

· Conduct effort review and pricing calculations using tools

Required Qualifications:

· Business degree (Bachelor or master’s in business administration); Preferred – Specialization/Major in Finance

· 4-7 years of progressive experience in proposal development

· APMP Certification is a Plus but not required – willing to attain

· Team player that can multi-task

· Familiarity with Shipley method and processes
