The Civil Center for Behavioral Health at Maple Lane is seeking a Psychology Associate to work within a multidisciplinary team to treat individuals who have been determined to require involuntary care.
In this role, you will expand upon your current mental health and counseling knowledge by delving into complex, challenging, and diverse cases. You’ll be exposed to work within an evolving treatment program that focuses on evidence-based treatment modalities and behavior management strategies.
Some of what you will do
- Obtain historical psychological documentation
- Participate in treatment teams as assigned
- Engage residents in social skills and activities
- Collaborate with social work to develop comprehensive plans
- Understand and apply established treatment model to resident care
- Monitor resident progress
- Provide structured, evidence-based individual and group therapy
- Complete progress notes on daily interactions with patients
- Be a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and actively participate during treatment team meetings developing patient treatment plans
- Maintain current and accurate records
What we're looking for:
- A master's degree in psychology, clinical or counseling psychology, or another counseling-related degree AND registration as a WA State Agency Affiliated Counselor or professional licensure in the State of Washington

Pay: $77,028.00 - $103,356.00 per year
