Job Skills / Requirements
Overall cleaning and maintenance of designated building space. Functions include cleaning, dusting, cleaning floors, emptying trash, cleaning windows/blinds, sanitizing and replenishing restroom and kitchen/break room products (e.g., soap, paper products, etc.). Responsible for the care and repair of company-owned property (e.g., vacuums and other products used on-the-job).
Performs additional miscellaneous duties as required by the client and/or management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dust high and low surfaces (above shoulder height).
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, and restores dispensers with soap and paper products.
- Removes trash, relines trash containers, cleans receptacles if required and takes trash to dumpster.
- Dust mop and damp mops floors, vacuum, shampoo carpeted floors.
- Cleans additional rooms as requested (e.g., after special event or meeting).
- Replace/cleans soiled draperies.
- Clean refrigerators and other areas as instructed by manager.
