PUBLIC WORKS LABORER
SUMMARY
The City of Astoria is looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to work on maintenance, repair, painting and landscaping work for the Public Works Operations division. This position may work individually with minimum supervision or as a member of a crew. This position supports operations which provide critical city services to the community.
SCHEDULE
This is a seasonal position that works 4 days per week, 8:00AM-4:30PM for a total of 16 days per month. The total hours budgeted for the entire season is 1,000 hours.
The start date will be scheduled as soon as the interview and background process is completed. Applications are being reviewed on an ongoing basis and the recruitment may close early. We encourage you to apply sooner rather than later to be considered.
