Victor & Associates, Inc. is a provider of Mental Health & Developmental Disabilities Services. We provide services within the Sandhills Center MCO.

We are currently seeking a highly Qualified Professional (QP) to work for our company.

Qualification:

• Must have a college or university master’s degree in human services field and have one (1) year of full-time, post-graduate degree with accumulated experience with the population served. Or a graduate of a college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a human service field and has two (2) years of full-time, post-bachelor’s degree accumulated experience with the population served.
• Experience and Knowledge of supervising staff.
• Must have experience working with developmental and disability population.
• Must Maintain a valid North Carolina Driver License
• Have own transportation to access to work
• CPR , First Aid Certified (will train the right candidate)
• EBPI ( will train the right candidate)
• Must have a clean background check

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the active treatment plans and delivered to the consumers in a manner commensurate with the vision, mission, and values of Victor & Associates, Inc.
• Responsible for coordinating all doctor appointments and follow ups.
• Responsible for ensuring all staff document on grid sheet daily.
• Oversees staff supervision of 20+ employees.
• Maintains an open line of communication with all staff, residents and families.
• Weekly facility checks and monitoring
• Prepare Facility for periodic state reviews.
• Will interact and work with upper management and CEO to ensure quality of service been deliver.
• Reviews and completes incident reports and initiates required action. Completes and submits quarterly incident report to (Managed Care Organization) MCO.
• Supervises and schedules staff for proper coverage.
• Reviews resident records and assures accurate and thorough documentation.
• Responsible for contracting of outside services as needed for our facilities.
