Job Summary:

• Review and approve documents related to product development, manufacturing, and testing.
• Support/participate investigations of quality incidents, non-conformances, and customer complaints, and support the identification and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in the advancement, implementation or enhancement of quality processes and procedures, such as change control, CAPA, and risk management.
• Recommend issues for CAPA investigation as necessary.
• Support process improvement projects.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics, trends, and improvements.
• Analyze data and generating reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Independently plan, coordinate, and report on product quality programs
• Conduct internal audits and assess compliance with ISO9001 standard and customer requirements.
• Lead ISO9001 certification audits and customer audits.
• Complete required quality questionnaires from customers.
• Assist in leading the Management Review meetings.
• Assist in leading weekly QA remediation meetings.
• Support cross-functional teams to support all aspects of quality management, including documentation, testing, audit, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate complaint management activities and Customer Feedback activities.
• Initiate, recommend, and provide training for personnel on quality or quality-related processes.
  

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in quality assurance role.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles
• Strong knowledge and/or experience with ISO9001:2015 or higher ISO
  

• BS degree in a science discipline preferred (molecular biology or related– strongly preferred)
• Some laboratory experience is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Demonstrated professional integrity with confidential information.

• Possess excellent follow-through abilities and consistently meets projects/tasks from start to finish.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – effective customer interaction (both in-person and virtually) is a critical requirement for this role, necessitating strong communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
