This position is responsible for review of supplier documentation including First Article, drawing, balloon drawings and certifications. May require performing inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process and finished product to ensure that quality standards and process controls are being met. Generating the appropriate internal documentation, records and reports.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Review and acceptance of Supplier First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9102
• Working directly with suppliers to correct FM and other documentation errors in a timely manner.
• Review of all supplier related documentation.
• Maintaining a database/log of supplier FM materials.
• Scanning of finalized Supplier documents.
• Incoming inspection of hardware, etc. to supplier and customer prints.
• Perform physical measurements with the use of a scope, micrometer, Vernier, pin gauges, micro view or similar.
• Follow process instructions on work documents such as batch cards, and Inspection Reports.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and follows all safety regulations

Requirements:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related Quality experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and understand customer drawings.
• Ability to work standing for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 25 lbs. safely.
• Basic Computer experience - Microsoft Office-Outlook/Word/Excel.
• Understand basic WC specification.
• 2+ years of PCB experience
• Certification in Geometric Design & Tolerance is preferred.
