This Quality Technician position will be within our brand new West Chester, OH facility, led by our Modernization team with a 40 hour guaranteed work week and optional overtime. All tools, assets and equipment needed to succeed in this role are provided to you in addition to a dedicated and upbeat team that is committed to onboarding and developing your talent in this role. As a Quality Technician, a typical day for you might include:

• Electrical Testing of materials, parts and/or complete electrical/mechanical switchboards for conformance with Schneider Electric and industry procedures, specifications and quality standards.
• Assisting in the testing and quality control of prototypes, products and product enhancements.
• Conducts testing of prototypes, finished product, parts, units, or processes to ensure quality standards are met. Evaluates and initiates resolution of non-conformance of material and/or product.

This job might be for you if:

• You have at least a high school diploma, technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• You have experience with wiring assemblies for power distribution equipment or electrical quality testing and control with live wiring
• Have previous experience in AC Voltage, Electrical Components, Low Voltage or Electrical Testing
