Purpose of Position: Troubleshooting system & application problems. Compliance of Quality Standards System maintenance and clean up. Proper Set Up, Activation and Monitoring of Paint Booth and Robot. Activate robot and monitor paint parts.

- Troubleshooting system & application problems
- System maintenance and clean up.
- Compliance of all 5 S Standards
- Proper Set Up, Activation and Monitoring of Paint Booth and Robot
- Activate robot and monitor paint parts.
- Complete testing of parts per procedures
- Mix paint
- Repaint parts (hand spray included)
- Some Robot Programming
- Other duties as assigned
- Maintain assigned 5S areas including cleaning up work area
- Properly disposing of trash and recyclable materials
- Knowledge & experience of paint application
- Experience with manual spray paint application
- Knowledge of Paint Types/Color Awareness
- Automated spray experience helpful
