Seeking individuals interested in making a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Treetop Therapy is a provider of family-centered in-home applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children ages 2-18 years old with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Treetop Therapy is seeking individuals who are passionate about serving children to provide direct care ABA therapy to children who meet medical necessity. As a Behavior Technicians you will be the face of our company and will be provided the highest quality training and support from our dedicated supervising clinicians and leadership team. Client services hours are based on medical necessity and include daytime and afterschool working opportunities. Behavior Technicians must complete 40 hours of paid training in ABA and pass a board certification exam to ensure they are outfitted with the tools and training needed to be successful while working with our clients.

Required Qualifications for Behavior Technicians
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable means of transportation (we do not transport clients)
- Ability to travel to multiple locations
- Ability to pass a criminal history background check and drug test (in applicable states)
- Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors
- Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications for Behavior Technicians:
- Prior experience working with individuals with special needs or disabilities
- Ability to obtain and/or complete CPR/BLS certificate (if applicable)
- Ability to communicate and summarize information clearly and concisely in written form
- Passionate about driving change and supporting independent growth
