We are currently seeking a qualified, knowledgeable Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst in the Houston area to assist in the purchase of homes in the Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth areas. -Ability to drive to multiple properties per day

-Ability to understand basic financial data
-Strong verbal and written skills
-Strong attention to detail

-Texas State Real Estate License Required, Active TX real estate license is a plus
-Real estate and rehab estimating experience required
-Excel knowledge is required
-MLS experience preferred
-Ability to read HUD-1 documents and purchase contracts is a plus
-Valid driver’s license is required

***Initial training and onboarding period may be required at our US corporate office in Dallas, TX***

Salary: $70,000.00 to $110,000.00 / year (including Quarterly Bonus)
