The MORE Real Estate Group is a top-producing team in the Sacramento region, looking to hire a real estate administrative assistant. The ideal candidate for this position includes someone who loves communicating with people and wants clients to have an experience, not just a transaction. This is a service-based role that includes updating clients daily (via phone, email, and text), scheduling/calendar management, and going above and beyond to love on our clients and agents.

You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing 5-star customer service. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. If this sounds like you, apply today!


Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
  • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
  • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized
  • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events
  • Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete
Qualifications:
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
  • License for real estate is preferred but not required
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
