JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a retail listing referral opportunity! We are looking to build a relationship with a real estate agent who we can refer our non-investor leads to. Our non-investor leads are homeowners who want or need to sell their property on the retail market via MLS. We are referring these homeowners to YOU because they can’t sell to us at the investor price point that we buy at. These homeowners are better positioned for a retail transaction, and we are going to refer them to YOU, the licensed real estate agent who will handle them as your own client to help get the property listed and sold. You simply will work with us in a referral-only capacity, and you will continue with your current work setup or agency/brokerage status. We will refer you retail listing leads as we get them, and you will do what you do best - getting properties sold for the homeowners! This is a virtual/remote position but you must reside in the Pulaski County AR area.

In order to be considered for this listing referral opportunity, you must:

  • 2+ years real estate experience.
  • Already have an active Real Estate License.
  • Already be successful with closing multiple residential sales transactions per year.
  • Have a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth.
  • Have a strong work ethic and the desire to be successful!
  • Have excellent communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop property listings by reaching out to the potential sellers we are referring to you and building rapport, meeting with those potential sellers.

  • Help sellers prepare their home to be placed on the market. Advise sellers on how to stage and sell their home quickly and profitably.
  • List property by examining property; recommending improvements that will enhance salability.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales by understanding buyers' requirements; showing properties; relaying offers; suggesting alterations; writing contracts.
  • Be an expert in your local real estate market and stay informed of recent home sales.
  • Keep our Transaction Coordinator updated on the progress of transactions (so we can maintain our client records and contacts in our CRM database).

Job Qualification & Requirements

  • 2+ years real estate experience
  • Active Real Estate license
  • Proven track record of closing multiple residential sales transactions annually
  • Professional demeanor and work ethic
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little-to-no supervision
  • Strong sense of urgency and timeliness
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Experience with real estate contracts
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects

Compensation

100% of pay is based on a commission schedule so compensation is directly tied to your hard work and success. This person will work as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
