Evolved Property Group is a leading real estate investment company that specializes in purchasing distressed properties. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented appointment setter to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for making initial and follow up contact with leads in the database. You will reach leads via phone, text, and email with the goal of qualifying/seeing if the prospect is ready to sell, and if they are, then setting up in person or zoom appointments with the prospect and one of our home buying specialists or agents.

You will be working with your team of home buying specialists, agents, and manager in the office daily working as a team to get leads from cold to closed :)

Responsibilities:

- Make initial contacts with warm and cold leads in the database
- Consistently reach out to leads to make contact and move the conversation forward
- Qualify the leads based on a series of questions to see if they are serious about selling and their timeline
- Build trust with leads by demonstrating local market knowledge and ability to close with confidence
- Be able to convert cold leads to warm by interacting with them
- Set up in person and zoom appointments for your warm leads with our house buying specialists and agents.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Real estate license is not required but considered a plus.

Compensation:

This is a 100% commission-based position, with a $36k-$90k earning range. We offer a sliding scale commission structure.

After some tenure there is an option to transition this into a salary position, but this role always starts as 100% commission for at least the first month. We are currently only looking for 2 appointment setters, if it sounds interesting to you please apply right away!
