What You’ll Do:

• Build, implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for management of virtual support staff, internal communication, team calendar, company social media presence internally and externally, office management, client care systems, team retention and recognition including events and moments campaigns, onboarding systems for new agents, and referrals
• Assist with database organization, customer service, lead generation, agent recruiting, and tracking
• Create and maintain the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards that are not able to exist within our technology leverage, Brivity
• Oversee all contracts through closing and listing launch
• Keep the team leaders informed regarding any problems or issues that arise and help to develop solutions
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings

Required Background:

• 2+ years experience in an operations role
• Requires a prior work history that demonstrates strong, successful systems abilities and solid understanding of complexities of a process flow and lean processes
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

Other Details:

• Compensation DOE, range from $35,000-45,000, additional compensation: bonus structure
• Florida Real Estate License is preferred, but not required
• We have an hybrid work model, Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:30 pm
• This role may travel 1-2 times per year locally or out of state for conferences
