Shift Details:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
  • Starting pay $16.00/hour

Responsibilities

  • Maintain clean work area
  • Utilize computers, iPads and handheld scanners
  • Push and pull heavy carts throughout facilities.
  • Product receipt and delivery
  • Unloading of parcel trucks and signing for packages
  • Breaking down of product and doing Line item receipt of items in boxes and receiving of product into inventory system
  • Loading of flatbed carts and delivering of product to correct departments. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Good written communication skills
  • 1-2 years receiving/dock experience preferred
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • A COVID-19 vaccination or legitimate accommodation is required in order to be employed in this position. This includes: 2 doses of Moderna or Pfizer vaccine OR 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson vaccine
  • ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • comfortability walking throughout entire facility, multiple times per shift

What Inventory Management contributes to Cardinal Health

  • Inventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes, and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements.

  • Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor
  • Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor
