Requirements
- Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous manner
- Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Maintain filing system
- Scan, file, and print documents and invoices
- Manage visitor key fobs
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to stay organized and multitask
- Willingness to learn and grow
