We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist:
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Day Shift 5:30am-2pm
The ideal candidate for this position must enjoy a variety of general office duties, work independently, be detail oriented, & have exceptional customer service skills. Additionally, we are seeking someone with excellent written & verbal skills, good computer skills, & multi-lined phone experience preferred.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Greets and helps check in all visitors, vendors and employees.
- Answers phone calls and transfers them to the appropriate person or department. Provides message service as necessary.
- Provides typing, data entry, copying, and collating services as requested.
- Maintains a clean, safe and properly supplied reception space.
- Maintains front door security by ensuring no residents leave the facility without appropriate escort.
- Replaces nurses and aides who call in during the evening and weekend shifts following staffing guidelines.
- Gives rapid Covid-19 tests to employees and vendors as needed.
