Leisure Time Inc. is a retailer of outdoor/indoor living products. We sell products that improve your health, heat your home, and make life a bit more luxurious. We opened our first store in Idaho Falls in the early ’70s and followed up with another location in Boise in ’93 and Twin Falls in '22. Our three locations have similar product lines and, more importantly, great employees who embrace our “customer first” company philosophy. We launched our online store for hot tub chemicals and accessories in 2020 which made possible for the Leisure Time Inc brand to expand throughout the country.

Currently, we are looking for a friendly addition to our team. We need someone to greet our customers with a smile on their face and able to direct them to the correct products or departments. Here are some further tasks and skills that we are looking for:

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated.
• Strong phone and email etiquette.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
• Knowledge of the hot tub and hearth industry is appreciated, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email.
• Operate front cash register and suggest products to customers.
• Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
• Document financial information.
• Maintain confidential department files/records.
• Perform routine bookkeeping tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
