Sundance is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team. Sundance is a leading omni-channel specialty retailer with headquarters located in Salt Lake City, UT. Founded in 1969 by Robert Redford, Sundance is a unique brand that supports artistic endeavors and focuses on creativity, originality, and inspiration.

The Receptionist receives calls and visitors at our establishment, determines the nature of business, provides customer service (both to outside customers and co-workers), and directs callers and visitors to appropriate destinations. Supports other departments as needed.

What you'll be doing

• Greet all visitors in a friendly, professional manner and direct them to the right person or department.
• Provide customer service (place orders, provide company information, etc.) to co-workers and outside customers as needed.
• Answer incoming calls, screens, and routes to appropriate destinations and/or take messages, as necessary.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail to the correct department.
• Send faxes, sort, and distribute incoming faxes.
• Maintain copy and fax room, request paper supply from the warehouse.
• Update and distribute telephone directory to all departments as needed.
• Maintain schedule of conference rooms.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Perform data entry, as needed.
• Assist with luncheon scheduling for executive meetings.
• Send cards and order flowers and gifts for various occasions.
• Oversee logistics related to charitable donations.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Receptionist experience preferred
• Professional demeanor
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Competent computer skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Good judgment
• Collaborative
• Excellent customer service
• Organized
• Ability to hear, see and speak clearly
• Good attendance
