Avery Lane is a long-term, gender specific women's treatment center located in Novato that specializes in the treatment of Substance Abuse, Dual Diagnosis, and Trauma . We are not the standard drug and alcohol treatment program, we really are creating something different for our clients and focusing more on their underlying issues. Our core team has been working together since our opening in 2017 and we are growing rapidly! We have a passion for recovery and conduct our business in a relaxed atmosphere where employees and clients work together as a community to grow.
We are currently seeking a Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting and staffing. The successful candidate will be expected to use their extensive expertise to identify high-quality candidates and appropriately market them as potential candidates to our clients and existing employees. The right person for this position will be able to develop innovative hiring strategies and maintain an excellent working relationship with other members of the Human Resources team.
Responsibilities:
- Review resumes and cover letters in order to screen applicants.
- Research and contact potential candidates.
- Advertise job openings.
- Create a list of required job qualifications based on the needs of the organization.
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
