A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECRUITER
As a Recruiter, you find qualified candidates to fill open positions at our company. Using your excellent people skills, you identify candidates who not only have the experience to thrive in their positions, but the personalities to contribute to our excellent company culture. You use tools like ApplicantPro to create job listings and screen candidates. As you receive applications, you review them and conduct interviews to find the perfect person for the role.
In addition to recruiting and hiring, you support our existing staff by administering employee benefits. As part of our human resources team, you work with our insurance company to enroll new employees, and you manage existing accounts, serving as a resource whenever an employee has a question about their policy. Your satisfaction comes from helping people find jobs that they will love and connecting them with coverage to keep them healthy!

- Recruiting experience
- Ability to conduct interviews and interact with new people in a professional and friendly manner
