We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiting Associate who’ll drive our hiring efforts in a fast-paced and booming industry. You’ll be taking part in a full-cycle talent acquisition training program surrounded by a positive and supportive culture that encourages self development and growth.

Position: Recruiting Associate

Location: Sacramento, CA

Compensation: Starting salary $25/hour + Quarterly bonuses/Incentives!

As a Recruiter, you will...

• Identify qualified candidates through distinct recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates by actively managing a high volume of applicants through the recruitment process to ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Manage the candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Organize and conduct new employee orientations to foster a positive attitude toward company goals and an effective hand-off to our development team.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, program managers, and the business development team to develop custom recruiting strategies.
• Utilize various recruiting methods to attract potential candidates.
• Perform data entry for essential recruiting metrics in an effort to collaborate on all analysis/reporting to build stronger long-term outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals.
• Act as a liaison with various departments and locations, you can expect to interface with all levels of the organization, including the senior leadership team.
• Handle confidential and non-routine information, and explain policies and procedures when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to report to our Corporate Office in Sacramento, CA.
• Ability to pass a background check for state licensure.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience is a plus. Training for this position is provided.
• High proficiency with computers and Google Suite applications is a plus.
• Willing to work in a fast paced and fluid recruiting environment.
• Autonomous and proactive mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and have the emotional intelligence to work successfully with all employees and hiring managers.
• Able to work independently or within a team.
• Willing to occasionally travel, sometimes on short notice.
