Upper Valley Services (UVS) is one of Vermont’s designated non-profit agencies serving people with developmental disabilities and adults who are eligible for Adult Family Care.
Upper Valley Services is currently recruiting a full time Supported Employment Manager.
The Supported Employment Manager is responsible for the agency’s Work Unlimited Program for adults with developmental disabilities.
This includes job development, placement and long-term stabilization for individuals served.
The scope of the responsibilities encompasses the supervision of all staff working in the Work Unlimited Program.
The fiscal sustainability, success and future growth of the Work Unlimited Program are critical to this role.
Operating from the principles of Shared Leadership and promoting team principles are also essential to this role.
Additionally, the Supported Employment Manager acts as a resource to Senior Managers and Service Coordinators.
