StoneGate Senior Living, LP, a premier provider of support services to senior care facilities, is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner for East Texas Region (Tyler, Texarkana, Center, Carthage and San Augustine, TX), South Dallas, and Lubbock, TX regions. Headquartered in Lewisville, Texas, StoneGate Senior Living provides management services to 32 healthcare facilities, which employ a total of more than 4,200 employees. As a member of StoneGate Senior Living’s Corporate Human Resources team, the Regional HR Business Partner will support the human resources function in the company’s 7 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in the East Texas Region, South Dallas and Lubbock Regions.

This position will report to the Director of Human Resources and will focus on employee relations, staffing, retention and performance management at the facility level. This position requires daily travel to support the HR function in assigned facilities in our 7 buildings in the East Texas Region (Tyler, Texarkana, Center, Carthage and San Augustine, TX) 2 buildings in South Dallas (DeSoto and Dallas) and 1 building in Lubbock, TX to support the HR function in assigned facilities.

The ideal candidate will have the following credentials:

  • 5+ years of relevant Human Resource experience, preferably experience supporting Operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field required
  • Healthcare experience required, preferably in the long-term care and assisted living markets
  • Human Resources Certification preferred – PHR/SPHR
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Oklahoma City and surrounding areas
  • Strong background in employee relations and labor management
  • Proven experience using HR related data to communicate and drive business decisions
  • Be a service-oriented professional who is highly responsive and empathetic and garners the respect of employees and business leaders
  • Able to manage competing priorities and ensure timely follow-through with excellent attention to detail
  • Solid team management and leadership capabilities
