We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager in our Chatsworth office and LA region to lead and direct a group of sales representatives. In this position you will be responsible for recruiting and training the sales team, ensuring all utility programs meet their goals, and coordinating with upper management about improvements and any changes in contracts. This position entails working with various departments throughout the company such as office staff, production managers, and technicians. You will be responsible for attending all assigned trainings and leading training sessions to ensure the team is up to date on any program changes or additions. Our Sales Managers play a vital part in ensuring that team members remain up to date about company and program operations while ensuring customer and team satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and training a sales team
- Ensuring all utility programs meet their goals
- Work in-office and out in the field
- Handling customer complaints when escalated
- Assisting with team member's schedules when needed
- Attending all assigned meetings pertaining to program and company operations
- Leading training to ensure the team is up to date on any program changes and other necessary training for job improvement
- Communicating with team members on a daily basis for daily operations
Qualifications:
- Experience managing a team
- Experience training employees
- Experience recruiting candidates for job postings
- Working in a marketing setting and knocking door-to-door
- Computer and iPad skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Access to reliable transportation
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Pass Drug and background screening
