Right now F45 Training is the fastest growing fitness network in the world, and is searching for fun, energetic Trainers to teach their HIIT circuit classes. This functional 45-60 minute training with an edgy twist gets results!

F45 is a premium product, so members expect the top trainers! All the workouts on weekdays are 45 minutes long. The workouts are already planned for the year; instructors do not have to create any exercises.

Responsibilities of Regional Sales & Operations Manager Job:

• Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during group training sessions, hiring and mentoring trainers for all 8 studios (7 open now and 1 in preopen soon)
• Collaborate with Head Trainers, Studio Managers and team on daily, weekly and monthly goals
• Be the 24/7 Tech support, team motivation, sales manager, recruiter, and trainer of trainers for our group of F45 Training group fitness locations.
• Ensure that clients are getting hands on attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged
• Perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed
• Create a clean, organized, energetic and fun fitness studio

Requirements of Regional Sales Manager & Gym Operations Job:

• Must LOVE a fitness lifestyle and inspiring others to do the same
• Confident, motivational, and outgoing
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to connect with members - Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Excellent attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable
• Excellent customer service skills and a NOW mentality

Experience & Qualifications for Group Fitness Regional Director Job:

• Experience as a personal trainer (preferred) or group fitness instructor
• Experience as a regional director or similar leadership role
• Ability to Obtain/possess/maintain nationally accredited Group Fitness Instructor or Personal Training certification (ASCM, ACE, NASM, NSCA)
• Be able to live the F45 brand - be physically fit and lead a healthy lifestyle
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification
