Per Diem Registered Nurse – Middlesex County
1 on 1 Private Duty Nursing shift work and/or individual assessment cases.

A respected client of Alvita Care is seeking experienced, part-time per diem RN’s for assessments and/or private duty nursing.
DETAILS:
- In-home, private duty nursing positions for patients
- 1 to 1 patient to nurse ratio
- Cases are typically 12 hr day and/or night shifts (8am-8pm & 8pm-8am)
- Per diem role – pick up as many or as few shifts/hours as you wish
- No minimum hours required - flexible scheduling to meet your availability
- $70/hour for private duty nursing work
- Weekly paycheck each Friday
- $750 RN referral bonus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibilities vary based upon patient’s needs
- Counsels the client, family, & caregivers in meeting healthcare needs
- Prepares clinical and progress notes
- Supervises and teaches other nursing personnel and home health aides as appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- 1 year minimum experience as an RN
- Covid vaccine
- Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain
- subject to one-year employment and 1,560 hours worked (30 hours/week average)
