What You Will Own…

Reviewing charting for cares provided in the home, ordered by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. The QA Nurse Reviewer coordinates the total plan of care with other clinical professionals and helps achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physician, agency personnel, patient, family, and community resources.

As the primary person responsible for reviewing all home health and hospice documentation, it is imperative that you have an eye for attention to detail and knowledge for appropriate, legal, and ethical cares.

Qualification Requirements:

Current State of Idaho registered nursing license

Minimum one year nursing experience is preferred

Minimum one year QA/ auditing experience is preferred

Previous experience in hospice or home health is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
