As a Physical Rehab Registered Nurse at Crozer, you willprovide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care by coordinating patient care, and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families. You must respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Your day can vary from patient assessments, developing plan of care appropriate to patient age and functional status, administers medications, performs treatments according to protocol and prioritizes care for patients.
