Job Description:

As the Registered Nurse Ambulatory Care Supervisor, you will provide oversight of the daily operations of the assigned department. This includes: - Staffing and developing/implementing workflows and processes - Providing input to the leader regarding policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets. - Responsible for direct nursing leadership, nursing staff development, patient care, and patient advocacy. - This individual may perform RN duties to skillfully assess the patient's health and respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that lead to improvement of the patient/family's self-management skills. - Supports continuous quality improvement efforts in order to achieve high quality and ongoing progress in all areas of care and service. Experience 2 year's nursing experience in related specialty, ambulatory setting; or community health with demonstrated leadership ability.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 3 months from date of hire.

$68598 - $102898 / year
The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
