BrightStar Care is a Home Care Agency serving Collier and Lee County for more than 17 years. Our Home Care Agency provides Skilled and Non-Skilled Care in the home setting of our clients. We are Joint Commission Accredited and our focus is on a higher standard of home care!

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our growing team. This role will give you the opportunity to use your experience as a nurse to make a difference in the lives of all our clients. We believe in delivering personalized and professional 1 on 1 care in the home setting where our clients feel most comfortable. This role will be serving our clients in Lee County.

• IV ANTIBIOTIC VISITS
• PICC DRESSING CHANGE VISITS
• IN HOME LAB DRAW VISITS
• CATHETER CARE VISITS
• PEG TUBE VISITS
• MEDICATION MANAGEMENT VISITS
• CASE MANAGEMENT

Position Description: This position will be working with our clients that reside throughout the Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Ft Myers, Cape Coral, N. Ft Myers and Lehigh Acres area. Typical day is seeing between 3-5 patients, on occassion up to 6.

• Schedule - Monday through Friday 830am-5pm.
• Schedule - After Hours On Call Rotation every other weekend. (Mainly answering calls of clinical nature. Occassionally a home visit is needed).
• Schedule - When not scheduled with a patient you will be in the office assisting with various clinical compliance or clinical admin duties.

• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Position Requirements:

• FL Driver’s License with good driving history
• Valid Auto Insurance
• AHCA Level 2 Background
• RN License in Good Standing with the State of FL
• Certified in CPR or BLS
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a RN, preferably with Home Health or Home Care experience
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• Ability to Prioritize and Adapt with the changes and needs that arise
• Works well independently and holds yourself accountable
• Ensures confidentiality and security of the client’s medical information.
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
