Registered Nurse, Operating Room Job at RiverPointe Surgery Center
We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse - Operating Room to join our growing surgical team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the medical field and enjoy working with people on a daily basis. The right candidate must be able to pay close attention to detail and will be responsible for assisting with medical tests, surgeries and procedures.
***$7,500 sign-on bonus with 3-year commitment***
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the care of numerous patients as well as their family members throughout the surgery.
- Maintain a sterile environment during surgery.
- Monitor patients' health during surgery.
- Assist surgeons in surgery.
- Clean wounds and dressings during surgery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing.
- Current Indiana Nursing licensure.
- 2+ years OR experience preferred, will train the right candidate.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification preferred.
- Must possess outstanding problem solving and customer service skills.
- Must be able to multitask and work independently at times.
- Flexibility in schedule when needed.
