Job Description

The Relationship Manager at ConnectiveRx is responsible for retaining and growing customer accounts and crafting strategies to ensure business objectives are met. The Relationship Manager plays a critical role in launching new and enhancing existing patient support, affordability, and awareness and adherence programs by leveraging a deep understanding of the customer’s goals, industry best practices, and ConnectiveRx solutions to recommend optimal program design and leading cross-functional teams of Program Managers, Product, Development, and Project Managers to deliver solutions. This position is responsible for ensuring that all capabilities and services are delivered per contractual agreements across the portfolio and serving as the single point of contact for the client. The Relationship Manager oversees the entire customer journey, including but not limited to strategic planning, forecasting, client escalation, and issue resolution.

What you will do:
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and customer management. Develop and maintain a strategic partnership with the customer. Understand customer needs by conducting user interviews and attending brand and sales meetings as appropriate. Effectively demonstrate and communicate ConnectiveRx’s value proposition.
  • Help customers focus on their goals by analyzing their program design needs from pre-sales through program launch and ongoing operations:
o. Work with the commercial team, the customer, and ConnectiveRx subject matter experts to analyze the customer’s patient access market to discover requirements and develop effective patient and health care provider journeys to meet the market needs
p. Collaborate with operations, product, and development leads to create fully integrated end-to-end solutions through a mixture of technology and services
q. Proactively mitigate and manage customer escalations
r. Encourage internal communication amongst stakeholders
s. Coordinate project scoping with cross-functional business team members
  • Prepare effective written and verbal client communications, including but not limited to quarterly business reviews, project charters, business cases, program roadmap, stakeholder, and client presentations
  • Meet all administrative duties, which may include but is not limited to Human Resource requirements, training requirements, and expense reporting. Abide by all ConnectiveRx business standards and practices.
  • Exemplify a commitment to ConnectiveRx mission and values.
  • Assist Commercial team with RFI & RFP presentations, as requested. Assist with new hire onboarding and continuous training of new Relationship Managers.
What we’d like from you:
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree (preferred), or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in account management, customer success management, program management, or project management with a focus on customer relationship management.
  • Experience in life sciences/healthcare/pharmaceutical/healthcare technology industry
  • Pharmaceutical Industry/Healthcare/Health Insurance/Healthcare Technology/Life Sciences/Pharmacy
  • Customer management and customer success
  • Strategic planning and project and program management
  • Patient support, Hub, patient affordability, and awareness and adherence services
  • (Preferred) Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)® certification
  • Extremely strong customer management skills that encompass an analytical and strategic lens
  • Demonstrates ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning, and lead discussions such as program journey mapping, phased roadmaps, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions
  • Demonstrates ability to analyze problems and understand the necessary components of a solution through planning, cost/benefit analysis, testing, and reporting
  • Demonstrates ability to deliver results
  • Conveys information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal documents and presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
Travel Required?
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time for customer meetings and collaboration at other ConnectiveRx office locations
