Seeking highly motivated individuals to join our rapidly growing team of help desk professionals. Employees in this role will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with a wide range of requests such as service requests, general information, referrals, emergency requests, complaints, or public comments. As a highly qualified candidate, you have the ability to thrive in a highly structured environment and are able to efficiently perform root cause analysis to resolve customers' issues.

Job Duties include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls on behalf of client; providing accurate and appropriate information to callers
  • Placing outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls, as required by client
  • Completing call guides; gathering and verifying required information
  • Attending telephone skills and program information training sessions; adhering to established levels of service
  • Adhering to established customer service and documentation standards within required time frames
  • Adhering to contact center scheduling, ensuring telephone coverage during contact center hours of operation
  • Displaying ability and willingness to work remotely in a quiet work environment free from distractions

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
  • Access to 10 Mbps of download speed and 1 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth
  • A quiet place to work in your home free from distraction
  • Shift work between the hours of 8AM to 8PM EST, Monday – Friday
  • Adequate space to handle 2 monitors plus laptop.
  • 1 or more years of experience working in a contact center or help desk environment
  • US Citizenship is required - Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
  • Proficiency using Chat & Email

Work Environment:

M-F, 8 AM to 8 PM EST

Fully Remote; must reside within one of the following counties per client requirements.

  • Kentucky: Bullitt, Henry, Jefferson (Louisville), Oldham, Shelby, Spencer ,Trimble
  • Indiana: Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Scott
  • Tennessee: Fayette, Shelby (Memphis), Tipton
  • Mississippi: Benton, De Soto, Marshall, Copiah, Hinds (Jackson), Madison, Rankin, Simpson, Yazoo
  • Arkansas: Crittenden, Faulkner, Lonoke, Perry, Pulaski (Little Rock), Saline
  • Alabama: Bibb, Blount, Jefferson, Shelby (Birmingham) St Clair, Walker
