What Will You Be Doing?
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from interested consumers.
- NOTE: This position does not involve Cold Calling
- Assisting clients in the selection of extended vehicle protection plan products.
- Accurately presenting products to consumers based on driving habits, vehicle details, and budget.
- Building value in, and finalizing the sale of, extended vehicle protection products.
- Reaching or exceeding prescribed monthly sales goals.
- Participating in regular training and coaching sessions.
- Maintaining knowledge of the range of products that CARCHEX offers, as well as, the industry.
