We are seeking a new receptionist & rental coordinator for our team. We are looking for a candidate with an outgoing personality to support our staff by providing a truly exceptional experience for our customers. This person must be highly motivated, have a positive attitude, and be willing to learn new things. All candidates must have prior customer service experience. Candidates must have strong phone and computer skills.
These are the tasks we require:
· Answering & transferring inbound calls to the appropriate staff member or department
· Greet all customers in the showroom
· Complete accounting reports each morning
· Scan, file & organize repair orders
· Schedule appointments
· Help maintain customer lounge amenities
· Apply service reward points to customer accounts
· Set up customers in rental vehicles, maintain records online and paper files for each transaction
· Check in rental vehicles, making sure they are clean, ready for the next customer
· Additional duties as needed
This position is full-time, Monday – Friday. It has a starting pay of $15.50 per hour. We offer benefits to our employees.
