Reservation Sales Agent Job Description
- Assist guests by selling future reservations
- Promptly follow up with guest inquiry leads for second chance bookings
- Answer telephone calls and emails in a prescribed and professional manner
- Maintain potential and current guest profile information
- Assist customers with questions regarding their existing reservations.
- Provide concierge services with general knowledge of the property and surrounding area including restaurants, entertainment, special events, and general directions
- Notify CCRA of temporary gate passes for guests.
- Track Walnut mountain gate passes distribution to guests and returns.
- Routinely check voicemail and email.
- Call web bookings for follow-up information.
- Check Navis dashboard for abandoned calls.
- Follow up on inquiries that were logged as auto-complete.
- Post reviews to the web.
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional requirements:
Applicant must be willing to work rotating shifts that include opening at 8 am, closing that ends at 7 pm, and at least one weekend per month. Work shifts are published 2-4 weeks in advance in most cases.
Applicant must also live locally either in Gilmer, Fannin, or Pickens county to be considered.

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
