Staying at a Luxury Hotel should be a memorable experience, and that experience starts with a call to the Reservations Department. As a Sales Agent you will be entrusted to ensuring our guest's stay will be seamless and enjoyable. You will provide information about our hotel, location, and services. Your responsibilities include answering incoming guest calls, responding to email request and assisting guest with making room and dining reservations. You will be compensated with a competitive hourly wage ,a monthly incentive bonus, and fabulous benefits to include Health, Vision and Dental ,Life Insurance , free Lunch , yes FREE , and we match your 401K contribution!

Additionally, the position requires knowledge of all reservation requirements and procedures. Must be able to receive and administer each reservation accurately and must be able to upsell each reservation to maximize room revenue. Must be extremely courteous, friendly and professional to clientele and future guests. Under the supervision of the Reservations Manager, the position operates under the Hermitage Hotel operating philosophy and thus the concept of a five diamond luxury hotel.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma

SKILLS: Excellent communication, technical, and basic computer skills necessary.

PHYSICAL: Must be able to sit for long periods of time as a great deal of the job is spent at a station.

PERSONALITY: Must have a very even disposition, able to handle stress effectively, and must be self-motivated. Must be able to work well with coworkers.'
