Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage Annual and Quarterly Reserves for PCEC’s underlying asset and disaggregate NPI
- Lead acquisition evaluation(s)
- Forecast 5+ year operating targets
- Oversight and assistance with production workovers and drilling activities
- Oversight and assistance of “in-own backyard” potential: recompletions, behind pipe, waterflood review
- Generate and propose economic projects
- Oversight and assistance with conventional production as well as EOR cyclic steam drive mechanisms
- Private Equity & banking compliance reporting
- Production evaluation
- Manage Projects on an Ad Hoc Basis
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Engineering
Preferred Skills
- Self-Directed
- Ability to Work with Limited Supervision
- Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective Communication Skills
- Interact well with leadership and field level employees
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements
- Travel will be required
