WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING \u007C THE ROLE
Beat our monthly lead generation goals by driving our door-to-door campaigning strategy. GET US LEADS EVERYDAY!
Maintain an expert level of knowledge of our sales system and products at all times to ensure customers receive an excellent experience. This team works 5 days week with a weekend day requirement. The team is in the field for 8 hours of their day from 12-8pm

Our Direct Marketing Associates are salaried, but the real reward comes from your bonus payments, which are paid out every 4 weeks You will be earning a bonus for how many appointments you schedule for design consultations. Our teammates in this role can
earn about $6,500 per month.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
